Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer – A Simple and Delicious Recipe

Fall is one of my favorite seasons. The leaves are beautiful, the weather is crisp and cool and the flavors of fall are just incredible!
Pumpkin just happens to be one of my favorite flavors of fall. A humble pumpkin can be turned into something so decadent with added spice and bold flavors. With coffee being one of my favorite treats, this pumpkin spice coffee creamer is a must!
How to make pumpkin spice coffee creamer

You’ll need heavy cream or half and half, pumpkin puree, brown sugar or pure maple syrup, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and a jar with a lid. Toss all of your ingredients into your jar, place your lid on tightly and shake. That’s all!
Yummy ways to enjoy pumpkin spice coffee creamer
- French press or brewed coffee…of course! I love making a quick cup of coffee in the afternoons and adding this delicious coffee creamer. It is such a yummy treat!
- Pumpkin spice latte. Espresso or strong coffee, steamed milk and a couple tablespoons of pumpkin spice creamer. Top with some whipped cream and a little cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice, Yum!
- Iced coffee. You can quickly whip up an iced pumpkin spice latte. Just add a shot of espresso or a cold brew, some ice and this delicious pumpkin spice creamer.
- Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino. Cold brew, milk, pumpkin spice creamer, ice…blend and enjoy! You can top with whipped cream and pumpkin pie spice.

Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer
A decadent pumpkin spice coffee creamer perfect for a cup of coffee on a cool fall morning or an afternoon iced latte!
Ingredients
- 2 cups of heavy cream or half-and-half
- 1/3 cup of pumpkin puree
- 2 tablespoons of brown sugar or maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons of pumpkin pie spice
Instructions
- Place all of your ingredients into a jar with a tight lid and shake well.
Notes
You can use substitue heavy cream or half-and-half with whole milk.
Store in fridge for two weeks.
